This enquiry form is not for Year 7 enrolments as part of the primary to secondary school transition. These enrolments are managed centrally by the Department for Education’s Statewide Transition Team. Important Information

Proof of residency requirements:

For parents who own their own residence, they must provide both of the following documents in their name:

  • A copy of the contract of sale for the property (or a recent council rates notice), and
  • A recent gas or electricity bill for that property


For parents who rent their residence, please note:

  • For students applying to start school for the next school year, the rental agreement must be current and cover the entire next school year.
  • The rental agreement must be for the entire property. The renting of a room or rooms is not considered a primary place of residence.
  • If your child is living with a relative or friend, the school will ask for supporting documents such as a parenting order from the family court confirming that the relative or friend is the child’s legal guardian.
  • The school or preschool might ask you for other supporting documents to verify your child’s address.


You must provide the following document in the parent/s or carer’s name:

  • A rental agreement that covers the first 12 months at the school, and
  • A bond receipt lodged with Consumer and Business Services, and
  • A recent gas or electricity bill for that property.


All schools will ask for current residential documentation when they make an offer to enrol and this may include additional documentation to determine the legitimacy of the application.

Middle Years

At Woodville High School, the Middle Years represent an exciting stage of growth and opportunity for students in Years 7 to 9. Our supportive learning community is focused on nurturing every student’s potential while fostering a strong sense of belonging and personal development.

Senior Years

The journey from Year 10 to 12 is an exciting one for every young person and we feel very honoured to be part of it with you. We believe that the journey should be one that is enriching, inspiring and where every senior school student will cultivate the capabilities, skills and dispositions that will enable them to thrive as they navigate an ever-changing world.

Special Interest Music

Woodville High School is a designated Special Interest Music Centre. The Music Centre offers a wide range of specialist music courses to cater for the varied needs of its student population.
