International Education

Our International Manager at Woodville High School oversees programs supporting international students, ensuring their wellbeing, academic success, and cultural inclusion. Ms Van Ha coordinates enrolments, liaises with families and agents, and fosters global partnerships. Her role promotes a welcoming, diverse school environment that enriches learning for all students through international perspectives and engagement.

Ms. Ha took over the role of International Manager at Woodville High School in Term 3 of 2024, equipped with over 14 years of experience in the education consultancy field dealing with international students and parents, with a lifelong background in the services industry. The role of the International Manager includes:

Problem-solving with efficiency
Multilingual communication – Fluent in English, Vietnamese, French, and Mandarin Chinese.
Cultural awareness and empathy
Dedication to the growth and wellbeing of international students
Liaisoning, organising and managing International Study Tour Groups from various countries.

Woodville High School offers dedicated international education facilities, including a welcoming International Hub, modern classrooms, and access to support services. These spaces provide a safe, inclusive environment where students receive academic guidance, language support, and cultural integration, fostering success and connection within the broader school community.

The International Hub – a modern, welcoming, and inclusive space where international students can relax, socialise and feel at home. The Hub is not only a place for academic support but also a safe space to build community, explore identity and cultural integration. The International Hub holds an Open Door Policy – students are encouraged to drop by any time for assistance, advice, or just a chat.

Partnership with International Education Services

Woodville High School’s partnership with International Education Services (IES) enhances its global learning initiatives, providing international students with comprehensive support and enriching cultural exchange programs. This collaboration fosters a diverse, inclusive environment, promoting academic excellence and cross-cultural understanding within the school community.

We maintain strong, daily communication with IES and provide 24/7 support for urgent matters involving international students. This close partnership ensures that every student’s needs are met promptly and effectively, including homestays and students class attendance.

2026 Study Tour Dates

Woodville High School offers enriching short-term study tours that foster cultural exchange and global understanding. These short term programs welcomes international students, providing immersive experiences in Australian education and lifestyle. Participants engage in classroom activities, cultural excursions, and are paired with local student buddies, promoting lasting friendships and mutual learning. The school’s supportive community and dedicated homestay families ensure a welcoming environment, enhancing the students’ experience. These study tours not only broaden perspectives but also strengthen international partnerships, reflecting Woodville High School’s commitment to developing global citizens.
