School Fees

School fees play a vital role in supporting the quality of education in South Australian public schools. These contributions help fund essential resources, programs, and activities that enhance students’ learning experiences. From classroom materials to co-curricular opportunities, school fees ensure that every child has access to a well-rounded education. While government funding covers core costs, fees enable schools to provide additional services and facilities that benefit the entire school community. Your support helps us create a richer, more engaging environment for all students.

2025 School Fees

Invoices of the charges outlined will be emailed to all families in early January. M&S Charges are due at the end of Term 2 2025.

Materials & Services Charges (M&S Charge) are endorsed by the Department for Education and approved by the Woodville High School Governing Council annually.

Subject Fees are also applicable as outlined in our Course Handbook.
Extra-curricular activities, including VET, sports, excursions, camps and instrument hire, attract additional fees during the year.

2025 on site Fee Paying & Uniform Purchase dates

For your convenience the school will be open for payment, school card applications and general administrative queries on the dates in the attached table.

Noone Apparel will be on site for the sale of school uniforms during these times and will also provide some extended hours to support families.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via the Qkr! App, cash, or credit/debit card. EFT payments are also accepted, bank details can be found on invoices and statements.

Direct debit instalments let the school process regular payments from your account.

School Card applications for the 2024 school year have closed. Forms for the 2025 school year will be available in early 2025.

Special Interest Music

Woodville High School is a designated Special Interest Music Centre. The Music Centre offers a wide range of specialist music courses to cater for the varied needs of its student population.
