You can now make one-off payments online through the school website using BPOINT.
BPOINT is an online payment system developed to provide parents and caregivers with the option to make school payments via the internet using a Visa card, Mastercard, or Debit card. Alternatively, if you wish to make regular ongoing instalments from your bank account by direct debit please complete a banking Direct Debit Request Form.
Enter Family Code / ED ID (found on your invoice or statement)
Enter Student Full Name
Enter the Invoice number or payment description
Enter the total payment amount
Select your card type
Enter your card number
Enter the card expiry date
Enter the Card Verification Number (the 3 digit code on the back of the card)
Click on the Proceed button
After 3-5 seconds your payment will be processed and the receipt information will be displayed. You can either print the receipt by clicking Print View or you can enter your email address and click Send Email to get a copy of your receipt.
Exit the payment page.
DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT BY INSTALMENTS
Parents and caregivers are able to authorise the school to process ongoing payments for school fees and invoices as agreed under a payment plan. These payments can be directly debited from your bank account or credit card and may be scheduled weekly, fortnightly, or monthly depending on the payment type. If your direct debit is dependent on funds deposited into your account from a salary etc, it is suggested that you set up the direct debit to be actioned the day following the deposit to ensure sufficient funds are available for each instalment. Please download and complete a banking Direct Debit Request Form and return it to the school. The form is also available from the school’s Finance Office.
